I bought a DVD that had this and several other movies on it, years ago. This movie was pretty hilarious. All I'm going to say is, every woman who is killed in this movie, has an animal name. For instance... the blonde we see getting stabbed in the trailer, is named Sally Lamb. You see the villains taking her severed legs. and the next day, the diner that the hero always eats at, is serving "leg of Lamb".

The only thing I hated about Battlestar, although I loved the show, is the reuse of the special effects. I understand the cost involved, and that couldn't be helped, but it's my only gripe. Otherwise, excellent story and characters!

No, This trailer deeply tramatized a whole generation of us who were kids in the 70's. The movie is admittedly not good, horribly acted and written and often makes little sense.... but still to this day that lady scares me.

Entertaining movie but a wild bunch of hooey. The wing hitting the oil rig scene is pure crap. The wing would have ripped wide open and possibly started a fire. The tail striking the water yet the plane continues to fly is pure fantasy. In reality the tail would have been ripped clean off and the plane would have went down into the sea, breaking apart in the process. The whole "water landing" is a joke. You may cite, "What about Sully and the miracle on the Hudson?" Sully had almost ideal conditions; calm winds, calm water, and the Hand of God. It's impossible to gently land an aircraft that size in the ocean. The waves and currents are too big and unpredictable. Sorry if I ruined it all for you, but of all the "Airport" series movies, this one was the most lame. At least it had some good actors in it.
